There is a lot here. Much is said that isn’t written. I found it a little disturbing at first reading, but liked it more with each subsequent reading.
I found the piece to be intense and very intricately written, altogether creating a definite mood. There is much to ponder about the relationship between the artist and the girl, and the artist’s girlhood, and it’s an intriguing puzzle.Congratulations on appaering in the journal.
